• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
• Bundles must be returned complete.
• Innerwear, socks and pierced-earring sets are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Contact us with your order reference. Our team will arrange a free pickup within Bangladesh. After inspection, refunds go to your original payment method (or bKash/Nagad/Rocket number) within 3–5 business days.

03 / Wrong or faulty item

Let us make it right.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
