Orders & pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. Orders are confirmed after payment (or COD verification).

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and major cards online. COD orders must be available at the delivery address.

Delivery

Estimated times are shown on the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

The 30-day free returns policy applies. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Product accuracy

We photograph products as accurately as possible; screen colours may vary slightly. Size charts are on the size guide.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the order value, except where the law requires more.
